The context

Exitflex operates in a highly technical industrial world, where product communication is often neglected. The launch of Twinfit and Speedy, two patented innovations, was a key opportunity for the brand: to assert its identity, highlight its capacity for innovation and win over a demanding audience that is not very receptive to traditional marketing. The challenge? Create a strong visual world, convey technical depth without jargon, and embody a new positioning.

The collaboration

We supported Exitflex in fully structuring its brand positioning and go-to-market around this new generation of products. Our approach:

  • Defining a distinctive art direction in a market with little visual investment
  • Creating 3D assets, technical visuals and explainer videos to clearly communicate the benefits in use
  • Setting up a modern, interactive digital platform to embody this move upmarket
  • Structuring the brand narrative: storylines, benefits and storytelling focused on Swiss innovation and ease of use
  • Rolling out a phased go-to-market plan, including an in-depth marketing analysis to support the brand’s future development (subsidiaries, prospecting, targeted campaigns, etc.)

This first phase marks a strategic turning point for Exitflex, with a first-of-its-kind product launch and clear positioning on innovation, Swiss quality and professional performance.
